Why can’t I send pictures to androids? I tried reset network settings as last resort and still can’t. On the phone with my carrier for an hour and they say it’s an Apple problem

When sending images and videos to phones that don't use iMessage, you need to make sure you have MMS enabled. To enable MMS on your iPhone, go into Settings>Messages. Scroll down to the SMS/MMS section and you should see a switch that says "MMS Messaging". Make sure that is turned on and you should be able to send pictures to android phones.
