Error 400
On my MacBook Pro I get the following message that keeps repeating: The server responded with
“400” to operation CalDAVChangePublishStatusCalendarQueueableOperation. I can't get out of the loop.

Since seeing this error, have you tried closing or force closing the app?
How to force an app to quit on your Mac - Apple Support
If the error persists, you can go into System Preferences from the Apple menu (top left), then navigate to Internet Accounts. From here, remove the account used with your calendars, then try adding it back.
