Getting rid of a game completely

You can sign out of any subscription related to the game, you can erase the app itself from the device. But its rights-to-use will be forever tied to the AppleID that acquired it. If you don’t want it visible in the AppStore list of apps you own, drag to the left on its name and click on the red Hide.

You can only hide it in iCloud.

You cannot delete it.
