Hello! My iphone proximity sensor is not working properly during calls, sometime i have to manually turn on the screen to end the call as the sensor sometime doesn’t detect that my phone is not close to my ear.

If you're sure that nothing (cover / screen protector) is osbtructing or interfering with your proximity sensor, since your iphone is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:-> Apple – Location Selector
