Native Contacts App Buggy IOS 13.3.1

Hi there

I need some advice my contacts app is buggy cant add email addresses and can’tsometimes phone numbers , app crashes when I try to input information. See screen record. Please see video clip

Have you already tried a "forced" restart of your XR?:-> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
