They still have the info up, but it was limited to 3 years from initial sale.

iPhone 6s Program for Unexpected Shutdown Issues - Apple Support

Ostensibly the batteries factory installed after the program started in 2016 wouldn’t have included any of the batteries determined to have the defect.
