My iPhone X is stuck with the screen that says support.apple.com/iphone/restore

my iPhone X is stuck with the screen that says support.apple.com/iphone/restore. I was trying to turn my phone back on after it being dead and it went straight to that screen and won't change. How do I turn my phone back on and get it to work again?
