How do you transpose audio by something other than an octave in Logic Pro X - and truly fine tune?

The Transpose Audio function appears to transpose up or down only in whole octaves and not in semitones, which is utterly useless for most purposes, while fine tune is only in tens of cents, again pretty useless in many circumstances.

Are there workarounds to add more flexibility in transposing (short of application of fine tuning in multiple iterations of 50 cents) and make fine tuning truly fine?
