Charging

iPad Pro is fully charged but when I turn it on it indicates that I need to plug in and battery symbol shows empty. The devise then switches off- despite having 100% showing top right hand

Charging Issue My IPad fails to charge when plugged in, or at least does not show the charging icon on the battery. I’ve restarted it multiple times, switched outlets, put on low power mode, but nothing to seems to effectively work.

Try force restarting the iPad. See the instructions here, Restart iPad - Apple Support
