My iPhone 11 screen changed to white on black for every webpage

My iPhone 11 screen changed to white on black for every webpage. I must have done it inadvertently because I didn’t do it knowingly. I’ve tried display and accessibility options, I’ve tried browser options (it is white on black on both Firefox and Safari browsers) and I cannot for the life of me find out what happened, or how to get it back.

It is not a “dark mode” or “inverted colors” issue because I have tried those things and it still didn’t put it back the way it was.

Thank you, but this is not the issue. I just switched it to “Light Mode” and here is my Facebook. Notice the yellow reply emoji.

I had it on Dark Mode initially and it was fine. I have accidentally hit something to make most webpages black. Or, as you see in my original post, DuckDuckGo symbol is off-colored, even though the page is white
