can't burn music to cd

I pay for an Apple Music subscription but I can't burn any of my music onto a CD for my car..

Hi,

You can’t burn Apple Music to a CD. You don’t own this music and can only play Music on authorised devices whilst you have an active subscription.

Download song to CD???? I want to buy a song that I can download to a cd. It is in my library and I subscribe to apple music. Why can't I do that? The "burn to cd" is grayed out for this song ... but not for others. How ridiculous.
