Anyway, I don't understand what your are trying to do. Are you trying to access your phone? If yes, your Apple ID would have nothing to do with what you are trying to do. Let's see if your Apple ID is working. Try signing in to iCloud.com on a computer using your new Apple ID.

On your phone, try using Safari and your new Apple ID to sign in to iCloud.com.
