App Subscription cancelled - still getting charged!

why is the app I stopped the subscription for last year still charging my card?? Even after deleting all payment methods from my apple ID

Does it show on that account's purchase history ? If it does, and if the subscription shows as cancelled and they are successfully payments, contact iTunes Support and ask them
