Problems with calling

i don’t know what’s wrong with my phone but when ever I call the someone I can’t hear them on the phone and they can’t hear me. I tried to delete and re download the app but it doesn’t work. And I also can’t use the microphone on the keyboard but the microphone works. Can you help me pls
