Apple ID change to mail Alias

I have a third party e-mail set as my Apple ID, and I’d like to change for an Apple one. I use as my email alias and I you’d like to use this as my Apple ID instead of Apple ID alias that is registered. Is there any way I could do this?

If the third party email and the Apple iCloud email are both used for the same account, then they already are equivalent logins for your AppleID. In other words, if you created that iCloud email by signing into iCloud the first time with that third party email, then both addresses are equivalent logins for that same single AppleID now. You can use either for any Apple service and they log you into the same account.
