I can't find a download for Mojave. I followed a link to Apple store but got a message that the download was damaged and couldn't be accessed. Has anybody had a similar issue? I've logged in to the Apple Store via iTunes as well -- the upgrade is not there. Are there other reputable download locations?

Look in your Application or Downloads folder for "Install Mac OS Mojave" and drag it to the trash and empty. Then restart and download it again.

@macjack Had to try this a couple of times, but seems to have addressed the issue. Now lets hope the installation goes smoothly. Thx.
