I keep emails in my inbox for weeks (occasionally months) for work reference. Recently, my new iPhone 11 Pro deleted all of my emails that are older than three weeks. This was a huge problem as I was traveling and needed access to specific emails that were gone! I have checked every setting I can find, but it is still happening. How do I prevent this?
IF you have and exchange account - settings - accounts&password - exchange - mails day to sync -
If you don't see that settings for your mail account, then you need to contact your mail provider or look at their support site.
