How do I change the language in Apple Support? My language is stuck in Spanish, which I do understand, but prefer English. I click on the little Mexican flag on the bottom right of my welcome page, choose USA, and continue to get Spanish. Any ideas?

There are LINKS here in the forum ( discussions.apple.com ) AND in apple.com pages that LACK the " /welcome " path
I too get sent to the Spanish communities - some folks get sent to other languages = French and German
This is baffling, since the foreign language forums are in a completely different SUBdomain = communities.apple.com
SOLUTION: do not USE these links - use bookmark(s) OR add the path = https://discussions.apple.com/welcome

I closed all windows accessing apple communities, deleted all cookies for apple.com, quit Firefox, restarted Firefox and when I get to apple communities, it is already in Spanish even before I log in. (I type discusssions.apple.com or communities.apple.com into the address bar, hit return, and it is immediately changed to https://communities.apple.com/es/welcome.) This only happens in Firefox, I can use Safari in English just fine. I am really confused. (I prefer Firefox to Safari, and hate having to remember which browsers I need to use for which sites!)

Thank you ChitlinsCC. Of course, I did a search before posting, but I didn't see any the discussions you mentioned. It is very strange that this happens only with Firefox and not Safari for me. As I said, discussions.apple.com redirects to https://communities.apple.com/es/welcome for Firefox (but not Safari), but discussions.apple.com/welcome works great.
There is a "lounge" area for higher level users & Hosts where this is well known
I have not used Safari in many years - and do not recall the various folks' browsers (if they were ever told)

Clear all your Apple cookies in your web browser, and try selecting EEUU again?
Claro, selecting Puerto Rican English should also work for your needs here, too.
