Siri is literally typing everything!

Hi does anyone else have the issue or know the solution to Siri being constantly active and listening, and tying everything said in the room whilst I’m trying to write a text or email or anything else. For example as I was writing this my boyfriend has his iPad on, watching a wrestling documentary (don’t say it, I know!) anyway when I re read what I wrote my typed sentence went from my text to “no one can say that the wrestler the undertaker wasn’t iconic he was unbeatable...”. Siri keeps literally listening to anything, recording it and typing it whatever I’m doing and if I’m not using the phone Siri starts up and searches what it hears on the telly or from the conversation I’m having with my wrestling loving boyfriend. On a serious note, this could be extremely dangerous, it’s called people before, started An email to someone including text! I can only imagine the trouble this could get me into!!!! Can anyone suggest a solution as I still want to use Siri as I find it very useful but I can’t use it as it is. Any help extremely appreciated, thanks.
