cannot log into netflix.com on any browser

When I type in netflix.com on my MBA (early 2013, High Sierra10.13.6), and I have tried on all three browsers, Safari, Firefox and Chrome, the page won't load on any of them. I can use Netflix from the app on my phone with no problem. This is a recent development, it was never a problem before. I contacted Netflix support who say the problem must be on my computer because it's loading ok from the Netflix app. I don't have any problems with other sites loading, just netflix.com.

Hi Dominic

Thank you for your help - I was able to locate the problem - in PRAM boot, and using Safari, on typing in netflix.com I repeatedly got a different website (unlike before when I wouldn't get any response), so I did System Preferences > Network > Advanced > DNS >there were two domain numbers, and removed these, and after restart was able to access netflix.
