How do i report scam ads?

Many ads are very misleading. I define a scam ad as follows.

1) one that show zero actual gameplay, and doesn't even explain what gameplay the app actually has.

e.g. all those ads for match3 games that have no actual gameplay and show a simple decision making minigame. Bait and switch adds are incredibly common.

2) ads that imply you can actually get money from an app, when in fact it's not possible. Examples include: every fishing app ad ever that says you can cash out. I guarantee you will never ever get to a cash out point. usually the minimum is 10 dollars, and the cash items give less and less and show up less frequently. When you actually get close they simply stop showing up at all. There is also usually an alternate listing for the same app that downloads a version without the money feature, to make it more difficult to prove. This happened with fishing break. my girlfriend had a copy with the money feature, but when i went to download it i got one that had no money bottles at all. These apps are also known to mysteriously forget your progress when you get close to cashing out. Those apsp also love to SPAM ads. every minute. every time you lose focus and return.

3) ads that imitate Siri. They even have people asking Siri, how can i make money. These are clear trademark violations! They are usually for casino apps.

4) ads claiming that you download the app for free (true) that you can win money playing games (true) that you play against real people (false, you play against recordings of people who have performed better than you have once they work out what your skill level is) and failing to mention that you have to pay to play to win real money. Literally only the best person at each game can semi consistently win, because the apps do their best to match you up against a recording they already know scores higher than you ever have.

5) ads that have fake close button. i've seen some with an x at the upper left that just brings up the app store page, with the actual close spot invisible at the upper right. these are combined with ads that are actually closed at the upper left.

I'm really sick of all this and believe they cheapen the iOS app store platform.

How do i get these ads removed?
