Adding crop marks to a Pages document/PDF

Hi all,

I've made a small booklet in Pages. Looking to print it out now, but I can't see any option for adding crop marks. Neither in Pages itself, or once I open it as a PDF.

A quick search tells me Acrobat Pro does this, but is there really not a built in way to do it on a Mac?

I scanned a new 8.5x11 page to a new PDF, opened both files in Preview and dragged the single page thumbnail from the new file into the preexisting file's thumbnail panel. The page was added to the target file and can be saved, but the newly inserted page image is much too large; I want it to conform to the letter-size pages in the target PDF. Not sure how to adjust the page or image size. I'm scanning from an older HP printer/scanner to a Macbook Air running Ventura 13.5.2.

How can I print varying number of multiple pages per sheet on Mac?. Standard option does not suit Hi, I've got a bunch of pdfs containing text. Each page is of the same width, but each page is of a different height. Some pages only contain a few lines of text, other pages contain a lot of text. I want to print this pdf on a Mac so that each sheet I print on is filled nicely with text. The problem is that the standard 'print multiple pages per sheet' option does not suit, as some pages of the pdf could fill their own page, whereas others are so narrow that 3 or 4 of them could be combined on one sheet. Anyone know of a simple software / workaround that solves my problem? Thanks so much!!

Print booklet from Pages I have Pages 8.2.1 on my iMac running Catalina. I cannot figure out how to get Page to print a booklet. All the online tips say to choose "booklet" under the PDF menu, but it's not there.

Thanks. It's a shame that there is no built in way to do this for free on a Mac. It would surely be very simple to implement.
