ICloud on IOS - I cannot acces my files through the files app

Hi,

I cannot acces my documents through iCloud on my iPhone. I have tried to log out/ log in/ verify/ change password etc. but I still cannot acces my files through my iPhone.

Please advice.

In what way can you not access the files? You don’t see them? If they are grayed out and do not respond when you tap on them, try opening the files in the app in which they are created or saved.
