Unsubscribing from Enlight Pixalop

Hi I have followed all the instructions from online and when i get to edit my subscription there is no unsubscribe, there are all the other renewal options . I keep being charged for an app i haven't had on my phone for ages and i cant seem to remove the subscription.

Did you already try to contact Apple Support, using the "Report a problem" link in your purchase list?

Only they can look into your personal details, as we are all users here, we can't do that.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
