I have got a app I use ( sky bet) but I have lost the option to log in with Touch ID ( finger print).
i phoned there technical support and they said it was my settings were wrong on my
ipad. But I can’t find out what’s wrong.

I have resolved the issue with sky bet APP. I asked the developer of the app
about using Touch ID, all it was I had to tick the box next to my username
( remember) now I can login with Touch ID.
there is no instructions on the sky bet web site about this and their
technical support were saying it was my settings on my iPad.

Check Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > [use Touch ID for] Other Apps
Check that app%seems setting.

Yes was the answer to the first reply i received.
i looked into settings / Touch ID passcode and I can not see the option for
use Touch ID for other apps. That was the answer for the second reply I received
