unable to buy Robux

I’m unable to buy Robux for both of my kids accounts. I can buy for our son but not our daughters account.

Are there any parental controls set up that are preventing them from making an in-app purchase? Double check using the steps in this link:


Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store


If not, force close the app and restart your iPhone, then try again:


How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone


Also, make sure their iPhone and the Roblox app is up to date:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Update apps or use automatic downloads
