i recently bought the iphone 11, i dropped it and the side aluminim is dented/scratched, will applecare fix that?

If you purchased AppleCare + you can use one of your 2 instances of coverage for accidental damage with a deductible. If not no it is not covered. If your iPhone is still working fine I'd keep using it and back up nightly to iCloud.
