Apple Pay temporarily suspended

Hi I have this recurring issue that my apply pay is always temporarily suspended.

It happened 2 times when I was in metro. I entered the gates with Suica and then my Apple Pay was temporarily suspended, causing much of a havoc.

Can anyone let me know how this issue should be resolved?
