Hi,
From last couple of days, I am not receiving any notifications from the apps, for example, WhatsApp, Facebook, messenger, outlook etc.
I checked all settings and they look fine. Does anyone know the reasons or any tips please?

Because I don't know what settings you mean by "all settings", I'm going to list standard things to check.
Did you check Settings>Do Not Disturb?
Is the mute switch engaged? It's the little slider above the volume buttons.
Do you have an Apple Watch?
Have you check to make sure that the volume is turned up?
Is the phone connected to a Bluetooth device?
Get familiar with how notifications works when you do use Apple Watch.

If your iPhone is unlocked, you'll get notifications on your iPhone, instead of your Apple Watch.
If your iPhone is locked or asleep, you'll get notifications on your Apple Watch, unless your Apple Watch is locked with your passcode.
I checked the standard settings you listed and it seems fine with all those settings. However I am attaching some screenshots, maybe it helps you to answer in detail!
