lightning to USB cable

If my lightning to USB cable stopped working for some reason I do not know, it can be changed for a new one without fee?

If you see an ‘Accessory may not be supported’ alert - Apple Support

If no help, have the cable checked:

and also: Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty
