Phone app with error message

My bank app has repeatedly given me an error. I deleted it but it went to the cloud. When I download it again, it returns with the same error message. Any suggestions to download a newer version? I have already updated my phone and settings.

Error when updating apps. I have owned my phone for about 9 months now, this error started happening randomly only recently. When I go to the App Store on my iPhone XR, I try to update the apps and receive an error message that reads “This discounted price is only available to customers who own a previous version of this item. To purchase this item at full price, click Buy.” I have tried closing the App Store and retrying, I have tried restarting my phone, I have tried updating all the apps at once as well as trying them one by one. If if I click Cancel, the alert goes away and the update stops. Before I clicked on Buy, I chose an app that I knew to be safe and then tried the “Buy” option and the alert just refreshed back to the same alert again. I searched online for this error and couldn’t find anything. I searched Apple forums and couldn’t find anything. I hope this is a known new issue for my model...please help!

App Store terms of agreement error After update to iOS16 I can’t manage to update my apps on the AppStore. When I try to update them I get told to agree to the terms and conditions which I do but then receive the “There was an error. Please try later.” message; I’ve tried restarting my phone and logging out of the App Store but no luck. Anyone else having this problem?

If that happens only with that app, contact the bank app's developer team and explain your problem.
