Is this for the 50GB upgrade option for iCloud Drive or another option from a third-party service (Ex: OneDrive, Google Drive)?
If it's for iCloud, you can check your storage configuration on your iPhone in Settings>[Your name]>iCloud>Manage Storage
Have you checked your Purchase History to see what the purchase was for? If you got a $0.99 upgrade for your iCloud storage, that would take it to 50GB. If you go to Settings><yourname>iCloud and tap on iCloud, how much storage does it show.
Did you receive an email receipt? That should detail what the transaction was for. I'm not aware of any iCloud that is $29.99.
