Amount to be deducted from my card

Hi,

I have received a request to deduct amount of ( 364.99AED) from my card against nothing that I uploaded . Many times I received same message.

after check , i have no purchase as well as my card has no amount in it .

pls do the needful to check what is the problem and clarify it .
