Someone having the ability to view my macOS and iOS devices remotely.. Help!

Im currently in a situation where someone is able to view my macOS and iOS devices remotely.

They know of everything I do on my iPhones or Mac and even when I change passwords as I'm typing the password they will antagonise me and call out the password as I type it.

They have at some point had access to my MacBook and I remember seeing an entry I didn't recognise in Terminal which had something to do with bluetooth in it?

Anyone able to help or shed some light?

Can produce a netstat report if it would help.

Thanks in advance.

No like at a bar or something. They follow me around too which I've reported to the police but the mobile phone business they didn't seem to interested in but that's where all this information they are getting is coming from, my phone or macOS.

Something I've arranged on my macOS/iOS device and only on there (haven't spoken verbally about it to anyone) they will know about it and make comments.

Can you give us a detailed version of this? Which password were you trying to change? What do you mean by the person calling out the password as you type it? What are you seeing on your iPhone when all this is happening? Give us a solid example please.
