Apple TV+ 1 year free Trial not working on new brand Iphone 11 pro

I've got my brand new iphone 11 pro 2 month ago, but still not having that 1 free trial of apple Tv+ even though i tried to connect several times on the website as well as the phone App itself.

PLEASE NEED HELP..

Get Apple TV+ free for one year - Apple

should work for almost everyone.

If you qualify, and that still doesn’t work, then you are advised to contact Apple Support. They can assist in redeeming the offer.
