I Have an Apple ID with my own email, then my ex GF use it and connect it with her phone number. now i can't contact with her anymore, but i want use my email again to log in my apple ID, in instruction to reset password i have to see notification from phone number that my Ex used. Is there any solution how to reset my password with my email verification? please help

If you have 2 factor authentication enabled on your Apple ID there is no way around it. However, if you don’t then you should be able to follow these instructions—>If you forgot your Apple ID password – Apple Support which will send a confirmation email to your email address of record (or a backup email if you set one up).
