Haptics but no Notifications?!?

I'm getting vibrations from my Apple Watch all day with no accompanying notifications or alerts. I've checked the settings in Sounds & Haptics and everything seems unchanged. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have any advice or a possible fix?

Apple Watch heptics Hello! Alarms are everything to me, but lately, my Apple Watch 7 is no longer vibrating. Things I’ve tried: Is it on silent? Nope - notifications are showing but I’m not getting buzzed. Is heptic settings on? Yes. Where am I setting the alarm from? My watch.
