Haptics on apple watch

Thank you for your hep fieryjack. It seems to have been something I missed in the settings. I went to notifications/mail and set custom notifications. Then I selected my iCloud, then my Gmail account and saw that haptics were turned off, though it only shows notifications on until you actually click on each account. This solved the problem, with email notifications anyway. 😊. Could they make it any more complicated?!! 😂

I have the same problem with my watch SE. I tried shutting down and restarting the watch and my iPhone 12 mini, but it didn’t help. Is force restarting different than just restarting? Thank you.
