Apple Music, student subscription

Hello! I received a student subscription confirmation from UNIDAYS, but I can’t change my Apple music subscription because I’m asked to re-confirm my student.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

I wrote to Unidays support, they said I need to contact Apple support with this problem

when registering and confirming a student at UNIDAYS, I had to contact support as my university does not have mail and does not pay for it

So why can't you verify your student email account?
