how do i manually copy and paste an rss feed to subscribe to a podcast on my iPod tough iOS 13.3.1?

i dont see a way to copy/paste in the Apple podcast app. I can subscribe by using the Apple podcast app, but some podcasts have urs rss feeds that need to be manually copied and pasted. How do I do the copy and past?
