Report malware to Applie to protect other users

I have been getting a series of warning messages such as the one below...

"ServiceRecords.app" will damage your computer.

This file was downloaded on an unknown date.

Report malware to Apple to protect other users

Two options appear "Show in Finder" and "Ok"

The messages remain on the top level of the screen and I can't get rid of them. I believe these to be scam messages and based on a prior community recommendation from John Galt, on October 11, 2019, I have navigated to my macs launch agents and am including a snapshot of those with message. How do I get rid of these and ensure that my mac is secure?
