I went to that web site, the site itself uses a lot of CPU. The newer MacBook Air's 2018/2019 are a very low wattage CPU mostly cooled by a heat sink with no direct fan cooling. They do get pretty warm when CPU is very busy. Especially above some of the F keys which are above the CPU and heatsink. None of the browsers today support Flash directly, other than making sure you have updated Flash my only suggestion is try another browser or find a more efficient site for gaming. Use the Activity Monitor App in MacOS to show what percent you CPU is operating at.
