my iphone 11 went black screen and does not respond
Same here happened today. Tried the fail safe volume down then up and 10-15 sec hold on side button nothing. Charging it now for an hour. Hasn’t been dropped (knock on wood)
using my iphone 7 plus to take a snap of it. (Attached)
I took it to the nearest apple certified care center by my telephone provider in Riyadh. They said it’s completely dead. Changed to to a refurbished iphone 11. Works fine but has upper speaker & ear speaker fuzziness issues. I hoped this won’t be the 3rd time I go back to my 7 plus :’(. I don’t want to switch to Android either. But the way it’s going I might have to:(
I found a video on UTube for iPhone 11/11 Pro Max: Black Screen FIXED! Try these 6 easy solutions first. I usually try to go to Utube first before coming to the discussion.apple.com to find a answer afterwards and I am only a level 2 person.
How to fix an iPhone 11 Pro that's stuck on black screen, it's either due to the battery that's completely drained or it may still be alive but just couldn't get to render the actual display due to some major system flaws. That said, both the software and hardware factors can be the underlying cause. Display issues including blackscreen of death can therefore occur on both old and new iPhones.
I did go on utube lol, nothing worked. However this refurbished phone is doing well. With the last update 13.4.1 the upper speaker works fine & surround audio is back.
The service center did say it was a screen issue w/out further details. That being said I hope Silvabue & sftbarnett got theirs fixed and/or replaced 👍🏼
Recently drop the device or gotten it wet?
Were you able to find a solution to this? My iPhone11 is having the same issue right now.
