Apple ID Password Reset (Family Sharing)

My 14 year old daughter is on my family sharing and she has forgotten her apple ID password. Her phone seems to be logged in but everything she does asks for her password. She can't even log out without the phone asking for her apple ID password. We have tried all the reset options but none work. Tried the support app, find my iphone, her device, my device and nothing works. Any ideas?


Specifically using the iforgot link we add her id and phone number but nothing comes through.
