DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM DEBIT CARD

ACTUALLY I ADDED MY DEBIT CARD FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS BUT A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF 23.60 INR WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT 11 TIMES.SO I HAD TO BLOCK MY DEBIT CARD.NOW MY THAT DEBIT IS NOT BEING REMOVED FROM MY APPLE ID AND IT TELLS THAT THERE IS ATLEAST ONE PAYMENT ON FILE.WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?AND WAS MY MONEY DEDUCTED WITHOUT ANY REASON,IF SO COULD I GET MY AMOUNT BACK.PLEASE HELP.....
