No Download option in my Apple TV
There is no Download option in my Apple TV app on my gen7 iPad for me to view my personal videos

I solved it. Had to download from computer and sync. Thank you.

Download from where?
By personal videos, do you mean non-commercial home videos?
You could view videos that aren’t yet on the iPad, by using
No Download option in my Apple TV
