The Apple TV App purchased contents are not streaming through Apple TV 3rd generation (A1469). The error message is given in attached snapshot and The Apple TV software version is 7.4 (8081).
However with Apple TV 4th generation the content is streaming. Please look into this issue ASAP and kindly advise the solution for same.

The error is about the format. Some properties of the source file prevent successful AirPlay.
Most likely, you downloaded a file in a too high resolution or too high dynamic range, or the ‘new’ HLS movpkg format of the downloaded file is not compatible with the Apple TV box.
Do try playback from the Apple TV box directly, instead of AirPlay. That should always request a compatible format from the servers. Does that work for you?
