To shows not working on Apple TV

Keeps showing an error message. But the Tv shows work on other devices

an error occured loading this content Why do I get this message "an error occurred loading this content. Try again later." on my Apple tv Gen 2/3 when I try to play an apple tv show? Sometimes I get the first minute or two of a show, but then the time out wheel spins and I get
