So I am wondering what the serial number is for my smart keyboard its not working so i’m planning to get it fixed i just need to know the serial number, anyone know how to check?

You can view Smart Keyboard's serial number printed on the bottom of Smart Keyboard. Unfortunately since this is printed on fabric, after natural wear and tear the serial number can wear off and be unreadable. At that point there would be no way to view its serial number.

Most accessories, when attached or connected to one your iPad’s ports, will report their serial number and other technical details (such as firmware version) here:
Settings > General > About
This can often be helpful when you need this information for fault-finding/debug - and/or in addressing warranty issues. Of course, this generally only works if the device is sufficiently functional to be recognised by the iPad 🙂
