İphone charger adapter not holding the cable

My iPhone charger adapter starterted to not hold the lightning cable thight as before. I need to wiggle the cable to find the position to get it charged.

You will need to purchase a new charging adapter and/or the charging cable depending on which component is failing.

Cable is fine I am having problems with the adapter. I wanted to know if I can fix this at home. If someone else encountered the problem.
